Weight Loss Update

Hey y’all! So here it is – my weight-loss update:


I am super proud of myself for this achievement. Like I said before, I am on Weight Watchers. They have totally restructured the program over the last few years and now it’s better than ever! And the app that goes along with it is phenomenal. If you’re on the fence about dieting, or trying to decide which way to go, please, do yourself a favor and at least look into Weight Watchers!

I have paired it with intense workouts and it’s making a huge difference in my weight loss than it has in the past.

The rain this week though is putting a huge damper on my walking and running! It’s getting kind of annoying by now.
