I have come to the conclusion that I need to hire someone to remind me every day (or even every week) to stop for a few minutes and write something! I mean, I seriously suck at this!
Anyway… not a lot has been happening lately. My mind has been preoccupied by my lifestyle change. Isn’t that what people are saying now instead of “diet”? Whatever. I’m on a diet.
This past Monday I started Weight Watchers. I have done this before several times and have always been pretty successful with it. I try other diets and usually quit pretty quickly because they’re just not WW.
One thing I’m doing differently is working out. Any other time I have done the diet I have only made the change in my eating habits. This time around I am walking and running and following a strict workout routine – both of these daily. I can tell a huge difference in the effectiveness of the diet this time around.
I walk or run on my lunch break every day during the week. When I get home I work out. The workout routine I’m following goes a little farther each day and it’s really pushing me. And I love it!
